Guarnaschelli also participated in The Next Iron Chef in season 4 in 2011. She lost out in the Food Network Challenge Ultimate Thanksgiving Feast. She was appointed sous-chef of Iron chef Geoffrey Zakarian after the fourth season of The Next Iron Chef. She hosted The Food Network program The Cooking Loft together in conjunction with Alex Guarnaschelli. In this show, she instructed a group of small students how to reinvent classic recipes.
